Our Partners

Connected care starts with the right partnerships.

Our Partnership Philosophy

NIMS Health builds partnerships that extend care beyond a single consultation. Working collaboratively with like-minded healthcare teams, we support each worker through a complete, connected recovery pathway, from initial assessment through to safe return to work.

We work alongside allied health providers, rehabilitation services, early intervention programs, and employers to create consistent, coordinated, and patient-focused care across Australia.

Why Partnership Matters

We believe recovery is a team effort. It takes clinical expertise, functional guidance, psychological support, and operational coordination working together.

By aligning roles and information, we turn good intentions into practical, work-focused plans that support safe participation, earlier recovery, and clearer decisions for everyone involved.

With NIMS Connect, authorised partners, employers, and insurers have up-to-date visibility of certificates, capacity guidance, and progress updates. This reduces delays, avoids duplicate effort, and keeps everyone aligned.

Who We Partner With

Allied Health Providers

We work with trusted physiotherapy practices and other allied health providers who share our focus on workplace injury care. Together, we coordinate treatment so that recovery stays on track and everyone is working toward the same goals.

Rehabilitation Providers

Our partnerships with rehabilitation providers ensure that clinical care and return-to-work planning are aligned from the start. We collaborate on case conferences, share documentation, and keep communication clear throughout the recovery process.

Early Intervention Programs

We integrate with employer and insurer early intervention programs, acting as the clinical partner for ongoing injury management. This means workers get the care they need quickly, with seamless handover into our coordinated model.

Employers and Insurers

We partner with employers and insurers who value transparency, communication, and a shared commitment to supporting their workers. Our model is designed to work alongside your existing processes and make injury management simpler for everyone.

What We Look For in a Partner

When we work together, workers recover with better support, employers stay informed, and everyone benefits from a connected, coordinated approach to care.

We build partnerships with organisations that share our values:

  • A genuine focus on worker wellbeing and recovery
  • Commitment to clear, open communication
  • Experience in workplace injury care
  • Willingness to collaborate and share information
  • Alignment with a coordinated, patient-first approach

Supporting PeopleIN’s Recover at Work Program

NIMS Health is proud to support PeopleIN’s Recover at Work program, a workplace injury initiative designed to help injured workers stay engaged in meaningful duties while they recover.

Through this collaboration, NIMS Health provides early access to medical treatment, structured injury management and recover at work support for PeopleIN’s diverse workforce, including PALM workers and employees in remote and regional locations.

Our role is to help injured workers stay connected to meaningful work, ensure employers have the guidance necessary to support safe recovery, and to reduce the impact of injury and claims related costs.
