At NIMS, our mission is to streamline the recovery journey for injured workers by providing tools that support real-time coordination, clear communication, and seamless case management. Our Portal has been thoughtfully developed to ensure that clinicians, and case managers have what they need to make informed, effective decisions regarding patient care.

The NIMS Portal provides our authorised client representatives with a single interface from which to manage the end-to-end clinical engagement process with NIMS on behalf of injured workers, including:

  • Effortless Case Registration: Easily register workplace injury cases, documenting relevant patient and injury information in support of prioritised clinical assessments.
  • Flexible Scheduling: The ability to schedule appointments for employees directly within the Portal, allowing complete visibility throughout the consultation process.
  • Centralised Dashboard: A real-time, transparent view of each case and appointment for your employees, fostering coordinated care and support across all stages of the injury management process.
  • Access to Critical Information: Receive patient care updates and work capacity certificates as they are completed, ensuring injured workers get the care and support they need for an efficient recovery.
